Thank you to team Carstar Hi-Tech the service is unmatched, this is my second time having service done here. James attention to detail was excellent. I felt valued and knew that everything would be done with the utmost professionalism. The morning i arrived to drop off my car, there was a rental waiting for me and I was able to make it to work on time. That's not the best part, the best part is when I went to pick up my vehicle there were individual bags of "Haribo Gummie bears" now that sealed the deal for me. Thank you for great customer service. Carstar Hi-Tech is a customer service that just happens to repair cars.

We had concerns that we called about that were not taken care of with a noise in the shocks. We were told to take it to the dealer by the sales man. We called and asked if the trunk foor was going to be replaced after we found a very substandard repair and we were told it was being replaced. It was not! The paint has a lot of orange peal so I asked if it was going to be cut and buffed and we were told you don't do that by the sales man. The replaced parts look like they weren't peeped well and show lots of flaws. The trunk now rubs the rear bumper and has started cutting deep into the clear coat. Not a very good job!!! I'm not happy at all.

The estimate wasn't submitted to my insurance until repairs were done, resulting in no payment at time of completion.
