The body works was done well. My truck was there 13 days! Apparently cleaning my truck was the difficult part (I asked that they please skip the cleaning) I received my truck back with a dead battery, I was told that is very common due to the way they detail cars.. After replacing my battery my master window switch does not function correctly. I highly suggest you either work on you detailing skills or stop doing it all together.

I would say a 8. It took quite a while and told several times they thought would be done soon, only to have another delay. However, it is a very old vehicle and I know they were having problems getting parts for it. The finished product looks very good though.

It took 21 days to repair $2900 in damage plus the repair wasn't complete. Lexis was the rep I worked with who did a great job. Nick her manager didn't try to resolve my dissatisfaction with the repair. He showed me no concern with how unhappy I was. He is a big part of the reason why I wouldn't recommend this repair place. Nick flat out lied about the deductible with the insurance on the repairs
