Everyone there was very pleasant, but communication could have been better with updates on completion of the car. And the inside of my car was pretty dirty with grease stains when I picked it up.

My truck smelled like stale smoke when I picked it up (I do not smoke)…. It still smells like smoke, especially when the AC is on. It’s unpleasant for sure. Nice job on the paint but the body work repair is noticeable. I guess it is the unfortunate side effect of supply chain issues and not being able to replace the panel…?

Very unprofessional. My emergency vehicle was used as a toy. Playing with my mega phone, radio and siren. Video evidence shows carstar staff messing around with my equipment and vehicle. My vehicle went in clean and came out muddy and dirty inside. Very unprofessional and would never go back to the repair shop.

My experience with carstar was awful. I felt pressured into using them. I needed an appointment for the evaluation, drop off and pick up and yet no one was ready or expecting me at any of these times. when my car was " ready" i want to pick it up and had to sign for it and return my rental car before seeing my car. The car was not right. I told them this and they asked "do you have a few minutes we'll fix it now" after over an hour wait they they told me it was ready its still wasn't right but i couldnt wait any more. We have to bring it back to them again to have it properly fixed. in addition, whatever cleaner or wax they used left a terrible film on my windshield that i cant get off and it makes it hard to see out of.

No one knew when i was coming although i made appointments for each visit. I spent a good amount of time looking for people to help me or waiting for the correct people. I also dont appreciate the hatch being crooked multiple times and trying to pass it off as done
