When I got my car home and took a better look at it, there were several small nicks on the bumper that was repaired. As the car was backed in to its spot at your shop and shaded by foliage and a fence, I was unable to see this defect until the car was in sunlight.

Only reason it's not a 10 is front fender needed adjustment at time of pickup..also there is a run in the paint on front bumper and also the passenger fog light is a not centered in bumper like it was or other side is and i cannot be without the car to have it fixed at this time also a vibration in steering wheel on the highway...possibly from alignment or balancing..if they only did passenger front tire balancing and not driver as well to check if it was off..i know usually when balancing tires all should be checked ... but overall it was a smooth process

The repair is excellent well done job the interior of the car is very dirty from the sanding day remove the black door to repair and day never protector the interior interior of the car has dust everywhere

I would have really appreciated if communications were better. I received text messages saying there were delays. I was never given an explanation as to why there were delays. Aside from that my interactions with CARSTAR Faith Auto Works was good.

I never heard back from them about one of the issues I was most concerned with that I mentioned several times before the work began, when the job was done the issue remained she said she would call me back and that was the last I heard earlier in the week, and now I just went through a car wash and it looks like there’s a piece missing from the bumper like some type of cap that fell off iit doesn’t look nice like it did,, they are nice people but I’m generally disappointed with the job
