My car was repaired at this shop, from the day I met Jakub, and he explained to me in thorough detail what repairs my vehicle needed to the time frame i could expect to pick up my car was an amazing experience!! The staff went above and beyond, even detailing my car to make sure they cleaned up my vehicle after the repair was completed. My vehicle looks even better than it did before. I highly recommend Carstar as the customer service, and incredible collision repair is unmatched.

I liked the text updates so that I knew an estimated date and time of the job completion. I liked the transparency of the itemized list of the expenses for the job.
