Everything was completed in a timely fashion. Everyone was so attentive and friendly to me. It felt so nice to have them doing the work on my car. If I ever need work done again I will use CARSTAR LUX Collision to do the job. Ms Rachel was so nice and helpful to me. I am very thankful to her for the good service she provided to me.

Mr Alonzo S gives great customer service He's very nice, friendly and professional, knows he's job. He's concerns about my needs and what"s going on with my Tahoe. He gave me the time to complete the job . July 31th , the job was completed on July 30th. This isn't the 1st time he helped me and I give him A+. Had a great experience overrall with the people at Carstar. They finished the repair on my car in time and they performed quality work. I was paying out of pocket and they worked with me to give me a fair price. I hope I never need to use a collision repair shop ever again but if I do it will be these guys.

I initially had chosen a different repair shop but canceled because of no attentiveness. I called Carly and Rachel was very polite on the phone. I came in and met with Danny. Danny made me feel welcomed and he and Rachel did an excellent job from start to finish. Danny explained the entire process of the repairs and got it fixed ahead of schedule.
