McArthur forgot to remove the tape from the gas cap area and to attach cap to car. I did not discover it right away, but took care of it myself. The car also had a low tire pressure message when I picked it up. I told them about it and they took care pf it immediately.

I never believe any one deserve a ten on a scale of ten, but if i was going to give any one or any business a ten it would be Liberty Mutual and McArthur body shop on the professional and courteous way in which they both handled the transaction. I am really satisfied!!
