Steven was very responsive and was great with our service need. I give him 10. The only reason I said 8 is because even though everybody tried their best to overcome the pairing issue with headlight being installed in my eqs with its vin, it still gives me an error that I have to clear everytime I turn on the car and that is annoying and a bit concerning.
