Brent, my advisor, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly and timely. He kept me inform on the repair status and finished the repair ahead of schedule. On the day that I picked up my car, Brent explained what was done to the car and did a walk through with me. My car was detailed and looked like new. I'm very satisfied with Carstar!

I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early and the shop was still closed. However, when Brent, my advisor, showed up to work that morning, he attended to me immediately. Brent was very friendly and thorough. He talked me through the repair process and completed all the paperwork in record time. He even arranged for my transportation to my rental car company.
