Quality of my fixed car was great! My only issue was the non OEM part, I found this part needed from Audi at a dealership in SF online. I also wasn’t told we had no parts until my car had sat for almost 10 days. I understand my insurance being involved may have had a say in what is being done which is why I don’t think it’s totally a reflection of anyone at Cartstar.

From the time we drove up, to the time we drove out, nothing went wrong. Nobody was unpleasant, nothing was forgotten. Nothing was left for us to complain about. Everyone should go out and crash their car then go to CARSTAR McLaren!

I was overall satisfied and happy with my experience. Communication was good, and the the repair job itself was very professional and well done. When I got home I did notice leftover glue residue from tape (?) on my car that I had to scrape off, and still hasn’t fully come off, but I had already left the shop so I guess there’s nothing that could have been done.
