I was overall satisfied and happy with my experience. Communication was good, and the the repair job itself was very professional and well done. When I got home I did notice leftover glue residue from tape (?) on my car that I had to scrape off, and still hasn’t fully come off, but I had already left the shop so I guess there’s nothing that could have been done.

Overall a good job. The rear logo emblem was dented so we’re getting that fixed as soon as the part comes in. Some scuffs here and there but not too noticeable.

Alex and Bill were fantastic to work with. Scheduling the estimate and repairs was super convenient and the car looked brand new when I picked it up. It was done earlier than quoted and they even arranged for my rental car to be picked up at the repair shop by Hertz. I hope I never have to return there, but if I do it's the only repair shop I'm going to. Thanks!
