They were great. They made sure we were totally satisfied. We always knew the status of our repair because they would give daily updates. They took their time explaining the process and our car looks fantastic. They turned a very unpleasant situation into a great experience. We will highly recommend them to others needing their car repaired after an accident.

I loved the service I recieved at Murry's. The repair and the condition my car was in when it was returned to me was much better than I expected. The staff was very helpful helping me understand the details of the repair, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The ONLY reason why I can't say I am 100% satisfied is the communication between the shop and the car rental service. I tried to cancel a reservation through enterprise who claimed they did not have a reservation. I called Murry's to ask for the reservation information, and I was told it would be taken care of and canceled for me. Enterprise did not get the message and sent a car to pick me up the next day. I got a reservation later in the week (after the original request). I left the rental car at Murry's when I picked my car up, and was assured again that I did not need to follow up with enterprise. Enterprise charged me an additional 3 days for the time the car was at Murry's. I am in the process of being refunded for the additional days after explaining this to enterprise.
