great effort, but 2 times vehicle was not ready when notified it was, the 3rd time it had another problem (tail light blinker/break not working), they made arrangments for a uber/then rental/ then ordered a part and had it ready the next week, (great efforets). I do have an issue with fitment/panel gaps and other alignments, but I can see where there was good workman ship to split the differences and everything works now. I believe the frame and or main structure is slightly "off" but within an industry repair standard, not to original look though. There would be as much differences if gotten into again, they would just shouw up elsewhere. I will take the issue up with the insurance. Thanks for the great work. Jerry

From estimate to repair process was extremely smooth. For same repair other Tesla approved shop quoted almost twice price but Murray’s was more realistic one.

While the communication was good and the quality of the repair was also good, but I noticed a big scratch on the tire rim after I picked up the car. This was not there as of the time I dropped off the car. Also, I noticed the indicator settings changed compared to when I left it there and lastly, when I got into the car, the music app was playing a song I’ve never listened to before. I am completely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
