I appreciate the cleaning of the car after the repair. Also it felt like they went the extra mile by taking my tire to discount tire to get it repaired. There was a little hiccup with when the car was ready, but the level of communication and their willingness to make it right made this experience that I would redo with carstar if I needed this service again

My car is making so much noise after the repair it is unbearable to drive. Raised the issue and technician kept saying it is Tesla design fault not repair. But never had any issue with noise before the repair. Extremely unhappy with the repair work

Glass shards left behind due to improper cleaning, other damages like broken fog light, dent on bumper happened during the repair. The manager took the ownership and fixed those but now the 12v battery had died as the car was idle for long and I had to involve Tesla service urgently and pay for it out of pocket
