It took 10 days longer then they said. They forgot to put on several pieces that made me have to go back they also didn’t mix the coolient they left it concentrated then I also have a leaking oil pan that somehow wasn’t caught in the 2 plus weeks they had my car

When we picked up our car, there were black flecks in the paint which was rectified when we pointed it out. I had asked if they could touch up some paint chips on the trunk. The gentleman I spoke to said he would do it for free, though I offered payment. But I'm afraid the touch-up looks like sloppy white-out liquid for paper.

The repair itself was great, however after retrieving my car from the shop I've noticed that anytime I got over 50 mph I begin to feel excessive shaking from my steering wheel and tires.

This place is awesome from the front desk to the work sreas. Kept me advised of progress and worked hard to get it back to us quickly once insurance approved. Joselyn was the best to deal with as was Chris. Did not get the name of the young man who picked me up at home to get me to the car, but he was really good at explaining information to me!!
