And I am so incredibly grateful that my car landed right here, because what followed was the most seamless, stress-free, and genuinely impressive auto repair experience of my life. From the moment we started, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and real care. My main point of contact was Evan, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was friendly, accommodating, and remarkably knowledgeable. Exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through an unfamiliar and stressful situation. Having a catalytic converter stolen is disorienting. You feel violated, confused, and unsure of what comes next. Evan made sure I never felt lost.
