When talking with Evan, my main concern and the issues with my repair of my car were first the time it took to get it repaired. And be the communication between the time it started and the time it ended. Now that I have my car back so far.I think the repairs are very, very good.Time will tell on the paint. I just feel like more empathy for the customer instead of excuses. And if you guys would have said, hey, it's gonna be much longer on your car. Instead of moving the date a couple days, every time it would have been much better in my business. Where I work.It's better to do over deliver and under promise.And you guys this time did the opposite.Overall, a good experience.But with insurance and everything I was already very upset.
