For documenting purposes: driver side air vent is broken and the "v" from "Avalon" on the rear of the car is missing. All were good when dropped off. Spoke to Edgar and he said he would repair the 2 items.

Car was returned in excellent shape, 10 days ahead of schedule. The repairs were high quality and looked great. Everything broken was repaired and is now in better condition than before my car was hit. Car Star’s team buffed out paint damage and scuffs. My car was also thoroughly cleaned & vacuumed inside.

Evan was great and explained every detail of what they would be doing during repair. Answered all of my questions in detail each time I called. Work completed earlier than scheduled. Escorted us out to the car and explained all details of repair. Everything aligned perfectly. The paint work was beyond compare just as when factory new, maybe even better. Add in the car was beautifully detailed inside and out!! Evan is great and excellent for Customer Relations. Thank you Evan and Shop for job well done.Again, amazed at the paint work.

The reception staff was very friendly, and they sent updates at every stage of vehicle repair. I was very impressed. When I picked up my car, the hood was not aligned properly, but they were able to fix it while I waited in just a matter of minutes.
