The actually repair of the dent looks beautiful, and the paint job as well. The fact that the window trim was completely broken off, and was told it was my responsibility to replace it, was very disappointing. The new camera quality is inferior to what I had previously, I was told they had to use a generic brand, I was not told that when I went in for the initial estimate. Not very satisfied.

I’ve been going to the same body shop when it was under the ownership of David Balchunas called Balchunas Automotive. Dave and his team was very trustworthy and did a terrific job with my vehicle for many years. Now, under Nick’s ownership with its new name New Country Marlboro Repair it continues the legacy of the same quality and customer care as it did in the past. I will only continue if need be a customer of this body shop because of its quality work and customer care.
