They fixed my car, which I thought was totaled, and it looks like new! Even vacuumed the interior and gave it a wash. Nice folks. They dealt with the insurance company so that I didn’t have to—an added plus.

Workers were very courteous, professional & very informative throughout the repair process. However, was very disappointed when I picked the vehicle up. Vehicle was not properly inspected upon completion of work. I was informed it was ready & scheduled an appointment for pick up. Upon my own inspection I saw that my tail light cover was cracked that was not part of the original repairs & needed to be replaced. Additional, minor things were supposed to be done & were not & had to be completed. Also told the vehicle was cleaned & it was not….couldn’t see out of rear windshield & had to have it washed.

Great service on carefully repairing the car, painting and buffing. One piece of advice would be to call your clients midway into the repair to update them on the repair status rather than having them call in. Other than this, superb job.

New Genesis did a fantastic job with my vehicle "upgrade". I am completely satisfied with the work done. As a nice gesture and no extra charge they took care of some dents on the passenger side doors that wre not covered by insurance leaving my car looking almost brand new. I would definitely refer them to any of my friends and family. Thanks to New Genesis, my car rehab experience was great and I'm left with absolutely no complaints.

This shop took everything apart and made sure it’s done right, instead of just putting a lot of bondo.
