People were great. Communication was solid. But took way too long. Dropped my car off Tuesday morning, Friday afternoon hadn't even started - why'd I go 4 days without a car for you not to even start on it.... Besides the organization and scheduling, everything else went smoothly. Good, quality people, and my car was returned looking fine.
