I left a voicemail at the shop- hoping I can come in Monday. The replaced driver side mirror is not steady and it is shaking while I drive at even low mph. My car door is making a catching noise when I open and close it.

I have not been home since I dropped the suv off at the repair shop. The fact that you keep bugging me while on vacation is very irritating. When the car was done, they woke me up to say they were leaving the car at my house.

Second time at CARSTAR and a great experience all around. Heather was great to deal with and went above and beyond making sure I got my car in for repairs when the other drivers insurance company that I was dealing with was being non-responsive regarding setting up a rental car for me. As always everything went smoothly with the repairs with my Subaru.
