Definitely a 10 my car is basically brand new. Only complaint is the estimate of being complete kept changing but sometimes that’s out of anyone’s control, I was just in despair without my car for 3 weeks but maybe I was just impatient and learned things can be taken away just like that. #fuckthatraccoonihit
