They all are very nice, greet you with a smile everytime. You can talk freely with all of them. Don't know all their names but all are very polite. Josh and Drew are very nice and excellent to details everytime. Josh went out of his way to stay later as I had a appointment that ran late on the holiday weekend to return the rental.

I felt like there was poor communication and any time I needed updates it was me reaching out to find information. They kept telling me they would call me back and then I would have to call them for them to do so. Respectfully will most likely not do business with CarStar again. They did at least fix the car eventually so that’s nice
