This was not the best experience we've had with vehicle repair, we may look elsewhere should we need collision repair again

Had to call every few days to receive an update on vehicle status. They were typically quick to call back with an update, but I would appreciate not having to initiate the call, and would prefer to receive information about delays before the day and time I was estimated to be able to pick up. The car looks great, but they neglected to address the interior issue I reported to them over the phone before dropping off the vehicle, although I was assured they would make a note of it.

See previous comment. Prefer more frequent communication with updated information and a better heads up that the vehicle will not be complete on time (was notified at 1pm on the day I was supposed to be able to pick up).
