I brought my car in after running over a large blown out semi tire going 70 miles an hour on the interstate and Heather refused that my car even needed alignment she said my insurance wouldn’t cover it. So I had to call my insurance company and they had to call her and tell her to check alignment. When my car was ready I asked her if the specs were in alignment she said they were I asked her to print the sheet off. When I picked the car up after hours the alignment sheet in my car was out of alignment before and after. When I called her the next day she said the service manager said the car could not get aligned due to this age. So I called and talked to Brandon the service manager that she told me and he said he never had that conversation with her. So my car has been aligned five weeks before I’d wrecked nothing was wrong with it and now my car is out of alignment but Heather has closed the insurance case. So I’m very dissatisfied my car is not in the same condition as it was prior to wrecking in this all seems to be due to heather

Everyone was professional and kind. Only issue was needed a new button to lock the hatch. It has been ordered and they will call when it is ready to be replaced.
