Fixed my main concern regarding a water leak into the spare tire compartment However my rear bumper remained sitting unflushed after repair Which is how it was before it was repaired so it’s no big issue just something I had hoped would be resolved

My pick up date was changed multiple times without explanation. I had to call multiple times to get information on why my repair was taking so long and found out that a part had been ordered 3 separate times and that's what was causing the delay. I had to rearrange my travel plans for work and my doctors appointments because of this. When I came in to pick up my vehicle I had to wait again after pointing out a cast that was left on the repair spot and wait while the garage buffed it out. This caused me to miss a meeting with a client.

I was told that my car would be would ready in three days or less. Well that was not the case. It took nine days to get my car. I was given one excuse after another. It needed additional parts that happened twice. When I finally picked up my car the manager offered to take 150.00 off my deductible if I gave him a good good survey. I told him not a chance. I could write a book about my experience with this company..

In the beginning they told us that the car would be ready in three days or less. I thought that was great. Well that was not the case. That meant on Friday no problem well Friday came and they needed to order more parts on Monday I don't hear from them, I call they need to order more parts. It was nine days before I got my car back. I know there is a weekend in there but it still ment I did not have a car for nine days. All I want is to tell me the truth. I could have gotten a renal car it's on my policy but for three days I can deal with that. But nine days I would have gotten a rental car . All they had to do is be honest if everything worked out perfectly it would three days if not it could be longer . Ok I got that. In days past if someone gave you an estimate and it cost more they ate the cost. And they shouldn't. But not anymore they just pass it on to the insurance co . And that is why our insurance is so expensive. I am just saying.
