There is a couple of nicks on the hood and the driver door that even though they were not on the quote, it would have maybe taken five minutes to clean up. I just feel that is good customer service. I did like the fact that I was kept on top of it at all times. Thank you for what was done. It does look wonderful!

Piqua Carstar did an amazing job on the repairs to my 2014 Chevy Silverado. They went above and beyond to get my truck back to me in a timely manner. Leann Foster did a great job on communicating my trucks progress and made the whole process very smooth. If you need an autobody repair, CARSTAR Piqua is the place to go. Leeann (the estimator) is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They keep customers updated with a daily e-mail about the progress of the repair; at one point, I even received a telephone call about their progress with my repair. The result was a showroom-finish repair. I have previously used another repair shop, and there is no comparison. CARSTAR Piqua is tops!!!
