This was an A+ experience. Alex and Mark gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They communicated incredibly well and followed through on what they promised every step of the way. They even got me my car a full day sooner than they originally estimated! Was amazed that they were able to repair the damage without having to replace a bunch of parts. I can’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. An excellent, first class job was done. The staff was able to answer all my questions and kept me up to date on the progress. After the repairs they had to paint the damaged areas. I had my car back in three days. Really, quite unbelievable the quality of the work and how quickly it was done!

From the beginning of the intake, when they reviewed the damage of the car and made their formal document work order, to my final pick up of the car when I approved the work performed, they were courteous, cheerful and calm. My particular job was a bit tricky as to the damage assessment but they accurately created a work order that was congruent with the insurance company’s lien and the directions conveyed to the repair personnel. Every point of contact was followed up by text messages and personal phone calls if there was any question by me or their company. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the main office as well as the area right next to it where the assessments were made, the cars were dropped off, and the final pick up performed. It was also nice that all those three tasks were done at the same location. I also observed that all the computer generated paper forms needed by the intake personnel for the job were readily available from their installed software. What could have been a paper nightmare was done quickly and easily for the number of jobs they were handling on a daily basis. The location was on a busy street with not a lot of space to get into the building or back on to the street, nor was there a lot of space for parking cars in that interior space, but they had it all planned out really well and there was no problem with getting in and out considering the constant intake and shuffle with cars, and car owners, The upsetting experience of being in an accident and going through the legal process was made easier by the whole shop. I appreciated the contact with the repair personnel who had questions for me at one point in time. The car was dropped off on Monday morning and I picked it up on Friday afternoon of the same week. This was their original time assessment and what was actually performed. This was about a week faster than the legal time allowed by the insurance company. And after all that, the work was really good! The repair they performed was beautiful! They worked well as team and all together they did a great job!!!
