After my truck was rear ended by a drunk driver we took it to CarStar to have it repaired. The truck was returned to me with the damaged tailgate, even though car star included the damaged tailgate in the estimate. They said GEICO wouldn’t pay for it. So my truck was returned with a new bumper and damaged tailgate. I would definitely recommend having an attorney handle your claim.
