The repair is not finished as one part is on back order. The primary repair appears to be done well. They will call when the part comes in so it can be installed . Scott was very nice and professional and I am pleased to be working with him. My first impression of the shop made me want to go elsewhere. Customer service needs to be improved.

I have been going to Professional Auto Body South, in Bend for 30 yrs. Probably will continue to do so but I will be much more on top of them, and the progression of the repairs from now on. Not trusting them to the highest standards anymore.
