Love the easy, friendly "getting an estimate" process with Todd. Loved being kept abreast of the repair process via text messages. Loved being able to pay the balance online. Mostly, loved the job you folks did on our Tesla. I will tell all my Telsa friends about your service if you ever need it. Besides, CarStar is the outfit Telsa Service recommends for general body work.

1)A text giving us a p/up date of no later than 2/23, on the day after we dropped car off on 2/5, led us to believe we'd need to get a rental. We jumped thru hoops to get a rental, only to get call later in the day that bumper did not need replacing so it would be ready much sooner, time wasted on our end. 2)A call/text earlier in the day on the day of pickup would have been nice, we rec'd notification at 4:32 on Fri, when you close at 5, very tight time frame. 3) The phone holder we had installed in the interior heat vent was removed and broken and we can't understand why it was even removed(?) and it should have been replaced or a credit given to replace it by the repair company or at least mentioned to us upon pickup.
