Car was completed quickly and I was updated along the way. Shop even corrected my daughter’s power windows that was mentioned on drop off. Couldn’t think of any part of the process that didn’t go smoothly.

Incredible communication by the team. Went above and beyond with my repairs and communicated any additional costs appropriately. Nothing was a surprise with my Tesla. The part repair looks good and the car runs well. I'm giving it an 8 instead of 10 because there are sub-surficial scuffs where the damaged part was repainted and they do not buff out. Also, there are micro scratches along the entire car surface as if the cleaner was too abrasive. Hopefully the appearance will be fixed when I get my car waxed.

Customer service was good. Only concern was about the seemingly abrasive cleaning and the paint scuffs, which the staff did not remedy
