I am absolutely beyond satisfied with the stellar service provided by CarStar of Mascoutah in Dec 2023 and Jan of 2024. Christmas night of 2023, I struck a deer on my way home from a family gathering. I had extensive damage to my vehicle and wasn’t sure if it would be totaled. On 12.26.23, I made dozens of calls to insurance, car rental, auto repair places and more. Due to the holidays, most places were closed which I fully respect and understand. Buuuut, CarStar of Mascoutah answered the phone and from the first words spoken, I knew they would be the perfect choice for my car repairs. They were incredibly professional, very knowledgable and kept me fully informed of the status almost daily. I take care of 4 generations daily and not having a vehicle would impact my ability to care for my family. CarStar of Mascoutah staff was so amazing to work with. Their excellent communication kept me grounded and gave me hope that getting back to some normalcy was just around the corner. Such peace of mind. I had many options with my insurance company and without hesitation, I chose the perfect location to have my vehicle repaired. They were such a joy to meet in person for my vehicle pick up. My vehicle looked and drove as good as the day I bought it. My grateful appreciation to the CarStar Team of Mascoutah. You are truly amazing. Thank you-Thank you.

My car was recently stolen and wrecked. CARSTAR Mascoutah was the bomb. I highly recommend them . They are awesome with communication keeping me in the loop almost daily. The owners Kim and Tony are super efficient and super friendly. If you need an auto body shop, they are terrific. Thanks so much getting my baby back to me so quickly.
