The repair itself was great. It was done in a timely manner and I was updated throughout. Everyone was nice at checkout. My issue was being told that I can make payments when I actually couldn't, so I had to pay the $500 upfront instead of a couple payments....which is fine, I would have paid it regardless if I was told it had to be paid upfront. I was just depending on the extra money for Christmas.
