I was 98 percent pleased. There was a slight misunderstanding about the scope of the overall job to include repairs of scratches and dings not related to the accident and therefore not covered under the insurance claim. Probably my fault that I didn't verify that the additional body work requested but not related to accident (and to be paid out of pocket by me) was in the scope of the auto body work. So far, I am very pleased with all the accident repairs and I will recommend CARSTAR to my family and friends. The staff was kind and professional. Tim was kind enough to send me an estimate after I picked up the vehicle. I will return at a later date for those additional non-related to accident repairs.
