Carstar Protouch Mascoutah is by far the best car repair facility on the planet. Not only do they do quality work with manufacturer only parts, but their customer service is awesome. This family owned business has repaired our vehicles after accidents on three separate occasions. Each time our vehicles came back looking better than before the accident. The best part is they worked with the at-fault insurance company on the entire project, to include the rental car return! Hopefully there will be no more accidents. But if there are Carstar Protouch, Mascoutah is who we are calling. Don’t go anywhere else, you will regret it.

There were several things that were either not fixed or not put back together or just not installed correctly. And I understand that they are a body shop and not necessarily mechanics but when I take my car to a place to have it serviced I expect it to be service properly and that did not necessarily happen. The reason I say not necessarily is that the body work is great it's just mechanically there's something wrong with my car that was not wrong with it before my accident and there's stuff that just was not correctly installed and a couple of things that weren't installed at all. So like I said body work fine doing great but I expected mechanical issues to be resolved as well and I will be reporting this to my insurance company
