Their customer service is exceptional—they took the time to thoroughly understand the issues, document everything, and delivered an outstanding final result. The attention to detail was evident from start to finish, which built a strong level of trust and really put my mind at ease. Jon truly deserves recognition, whether a promotion or an award, for his excellent communication and professionalism, not only with me but in resolving the situation with the other shop.
