Chris was my first contact. He is professional and knowlegable and gave me an idea of what would be happening. Next was John, he is totally customer service oriented. Answered all my concerns, worked with my schedule, and kept me informed of the work getting done to my van. Finally, at pick up, John walk me through the repairs, handed me my keys, and thanked me for the business. 5 Star Treatment for sure.

I have had outstanding service from CARSTAR. They kept me informed regarding the progress they were making on my car. They went over in detail as to what they did to repair my car. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. They also cleaned my car inside and out. I am very pleased!! I would highly recommend them to do body work on a car!!
