The quality of everything was fine after I got the rest of the tires on vehicle and went the weekend without a car. I can't recommend any shop that is going to hope you bring your car back to them after their negligence is what caused the transmission issue in the first place

Knowledgeable mechanics will at least recommend to an insurance company to replace all tires on AWD vehicle. Should also inform customer of this as this does significant damage to the transmission on an AWD. How can you replace 1 tire and not even mention that it is an issue to have uneven treads.

I was told it was going to take eight days to repair my car. It only took two. I do appreciate the car being done early and quickly put some communication and feedback that they were going to be six days ahead of schedule would've help me plan around it a lot better.
