My overall experience start to finish was fantastic. This was my first time using Car store and my expectations were exceeded. I worked with Kevin on getting my car fixed. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was super helpful throughout the entire process as I don’t have much experience with vehicle repair. I hope I don’t have to to visit anytime soon lol but if I do need any sort of bodywork. I’m will definitely be coming back.

What a great job! Start to finish the process could not have been smoother. Kevin and his team were professional, courteous, and kept my wife and I informed through the entire repair. She was so excited to get her Tesla back 2 days ahead of schedule! What a surprise!! Thank you Kevin and Team Carstar! Of course we hope not to be back, LOL! but if we find any of cars meeting an unfortunate mishap, we know exactly where to come!

From start to finish the communication was great, the update on the repairs were timely and proactive and they worked seamlessly and professionally with my insurance carrier. The team at Carstar is 5 star all the way. From the first call I got because my insurance has them as a premier center was pleasant. They were ready to get me in asap and if not they were willing to work with my schedule. The work was fast granted it was just a little fender bender and the workmanship is amazing. What I loved the most was the text updates I received daily letting me know the progress, so there was no need to call to check on it. Also on their link they had a finish date which they did stand by it. Also when they returned my vehicle back they did a full detail inside and out which was a great surprise.
