Day1 the lady at the front desk was so sweet and made me feel extremely at ease. She took it upon herself to let me know she would call enterprise immediately to come pick me up eventhough it wasn't quite my appointment time. I felt so relaxed she also informed me that I could leave the car there when I came to pick up my car. That took a lot of pressure off of me. Carstar began working on my car the same day that I dropped it off. I received notification the same night that the process had began. What I don't think they realized is that my car was also notifying me whenever they cranked it up ,opened a door a window hood and when they moved it. So I knew what they were notifying me was actually true. Giovanni had such a kind and friendly demeanor, I didn't feel rushed by him at all. I think their kindness really helped take the stress out of the entire process. He detailed my car wonderfully it looked great. KUDOS!! He also took the time to do the walk-around with me on the rental car before I left it with them. Overall Carstar was a wonderful comfortable experience.

He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled professionally. The bodywork itself was flawless — my Jeep looks brand new again. Carstar team did an incredible job! I took my truck there to get some parts fixed, and due to the fantastic prices, I ended up having more work done. They even gave the entire truck a paint correction, making it look brand new again. I was also impressed with the tinting services they offered. It’s a one-stop shop for all my vehicle needs. I’ll definitely be bringing my other vehicles soon to get work done there.
