Rodney was totally professional, friendly, courteous, and took time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the repair to me. After the bumper was removed he discovered a problem that hadn't previously been visible and called to explain it to me in order for me to make a decision about whether or not to have an additional repair taken care of. He was able to arrange for me to use a vehicle without charge while my van was being repaired. I have a great deal of appreciation for the manner in which I was treated and I commend you for having Rodney on staff.

This was a new experience for me. I have never been in an accident before. Rodney was very informative, knowledgeable, efficient and took over all steps involved in getting my car repaired. The process was flawless from dropping off my car to getting the rental. He also updated me every step of the way, working directly with the insurance company. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. I am very very pleased with the work that was done and the manner it was handled.
