WONDERFUL ownership and staff. Kind, quick and took the time to update me with where they were. They also helped me with rental car/company before and after. Absolutely great experience with CARSTAR!! From the very beginning Mark, Bobby and the front desk customer service....they went above and beyond helping me with what needed fixed on my car to set up rental car and returning it after my car was done. Maddie, the auto body tech, called to keep me informed how it was going, did fast wanna fabulous flawless work. Very happy overall with CARSTAR. Highly recommend. Great, nice, clean company⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was thoroughly impressed with the condition of my car. Before the wreck I was planning to clean it and now I don't have to! It looks amazing inside and I appreciate that more than you know. Its over 5 years old now and some things I was unable to get out, but what I thought were permanent scratches are gone...thank you so much for taking care of my car...that was so unexpected! The repair is great. I forgot the name of the lady who helped us in the rain...but she was kind and genuinely concerned about the back not opening. Silly that it was just turned off and I felt bad about that, but she was so nice about it all. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job. I was so upset about my car getting hit, but after today I'm so glad that we chose you all (as a referral from Brad's towing)! We used Carstar forever ago, but dont remember this kind of service. As owners of a service company, my husband and I both appreciate how well you all handled our concern even though it ended up not being one. Thank you again! I will definitely be posting a review for you all on Google.

My only gripe is I wish I had known I could leave my Enterprise rental there so I didn’t drive an hour round trip to get my husband she we could drive my vehicle while I drove the rental back to them.

The admin out front kept everything running smoothly. I think her name might be Stephanie. She has good communication skills and answered all my questions. It was a bit confusing that I had forgotten my garage door opener and my car was outside, but even when she went to check and get the key, no one said the car was fixed and the paperwork hadn’t come through yet, because she checked. I drove home and got the call my car was ready after I was already home. Everything else seemed to go smoothly and I was assured I could pick it up the next morning.
