I’m only giving an 8 because I should’ve been notified sooner about them having to redo my estimate that was done by a man that no longer works there and then they had my car for 7 days before I finally called up there and was notified then causing me to be without my car for an extra week. But my customer service lady Madison was very helpful and patient even when I got a little worked up and anxious. Thanks Madi!
