Overall the experience was great. There was an instance of the wrong wheels being repaired, but I blame that on the insurance company not reaching back out after I spoke to the claims adjustor.

Just wish they would have passed on info that my battery wouldn't hold a charge. As husband stopped at Qtrip after he left an it wouldn't start so your rep came an jumped us my husband came an got me from watching grand kids an left it running (to charge it) stopped to grab a bite ate in car to leave it running, charge it more. Went to Wednesday night church activities, car has been running 2 hours, shut off an wouldn't start had to get another jump. Had to jump next morning when husband took me back to watch grandkids. Went home an wouldn't start by jumping anymore. Went to O'Reilly's to test batter an it was dead. Husband called you all then was told about the battery issue. Could have saved us some time & worry. But other than that your people were awesome to work with, very friendly an helpful would recommend to anyone for future use. We will be back if need arises.
