I was involved in an auto accident in April 2026. The party who created the accident didn't have any insurance. I was highly upset because my auto insurance was giving me the run around. However, I contacted CS Roadmaster Collision and I spoke with Sam. He calmed me down and assured he would take care of everything for me. The process with them is quick. I brought in my car. You give the required information and the keys and you're done. They also help will car rentals if you're in need of one. It's like a one stop shop. Roadmaster Collision has always been my #1 choice. The professionalism and quality is awesome. The inside is clean and cozy. Every employee makes you feel at ease. They all greet you with smiles. Frank keeps you laughing. Sam answers any questions you're concerned about. He's very informative. During the past, I've dealt with Basil which was also awesome. I'd bring my cars including my daughter's to get repaired and painted. My 2012 BMW 650i coupe has this premium white paint color. I purchased it used and some areas on it were previously painted but didn't match the original color. After receiving the call it was ready for pick up, CS Roadmaster Collision did a magnificent job. All those area that didn't match now does. The passenger headlight had oxidation on it. It's now clear like the driver's side. The small details that you don't think are noticeable, they see. My car looks new. I'm very selective on my vehicles due to past bad experiences. When the warranty expires, I use the same experienced master mechanic. When my tires are worn, I use the same tire shop and whenever I'm in an accident I use CS Roadmaster Collision Repair. Nowadays, there aren't too many good honest people. I love this place!!! The End!!!!

Sam answered all of my questions and was very professional. Everyone on staff was very kind and professional. The process was reasonable. The turnaround time for repairs was reasonable. And the staff cleaned the inside and outside of the car very well. No complaints!

I am extremely pleased with the repairs completed on my vehicle. The team was extremely courteous and took care of every detail including washing the exterior and cleaning the interior interior. Regular updates on the repair status were timely. The completion time exceeded expectations.
