Russo Auto Body was awesome. They kept me informed on how long my truck would be in their care through the entire process. Zack in the office was very friendly and helpful, he was able to quickly answer all of my questions. We will definitely use them again for any auto body repair needs!!

I wouldn’t deter anyone from coming to the shop but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

The repair service was done quickly but customer service could have been a little better. Didn’t have the greatest first impression with the employees. Parts were left in my backseat and I don’t believe covers were used in the vehicle during the repair because there was dust left on the exterior and interior of the car. My passenger seat was left down also. I only received messages reflecting the car was dropped off to start the work and after the repairs were completed. The estimate was sent to my insurance company only. I appreciate one extra step that was made to put one tire cover on.
