A huge shout out to Mike. From the moment I brought my car in and leading up to the days to pick up my car, Mike was consistently professional, transparent, empathetic, and patient with my endless questions as well as constantly updating me of the progress. When Mike said he would call on a certain date and time, he never failed. When I called Mike and he wasn't available, I promptly received a call back. My concerns were addressed and never dismissed. As a customer, I definitely felt heard and appreciated for choosing this company to fix my car as I did have many options. Thank you Mike! On the day of pick up, Mike was off and I was assisted by Aaron. The exit process was simple and quick. Again, a big thank you to Mike, Aaron and all those who attended to my car. My fender is stellar but rim wheel well is not flush. It actually has openings and I need to go back to get it fixed before it begins to rain and water gets trapped.
