I picked up the car 2 days ago and the repair seems good everything seems to work fine. My disappointment comes from several things. I requested that they order all parts needed in advance so they could start the repair immediately to reduce the time to complete the repair. They wouldn't do this. As a result the repair a known part was on back order and extended the completed time by 3 days. When I called the day before the quoted delivery I was informed about the back order issue. Had the delay occurred because a unknown part was ot available i could understand the delay. When I picked up the car and pay the deductible I was advised there would be a 3% sure charge when charging it on Amex. Since this is a very small amount on a $8,000 job which I was not aware of i was upset. I was compesated for this so no problem. I feel like this is a cost of doing businesses just as the cost associated with your payment terms with the Insurance company. I am happy with the repair the car looks very good the manager did all he could to satisfy me.

I came in to replace my cars catalytic converter because a sister company installed the incorrect one after my original was stolen. I found out that the sister company installed the wrong CAT after a failed smog check. Staff were very courteous and having a lift to the shop was very convenient. Everything was smooth sailing between them and my insurance and I was able to get my car back within a week. And it passed the smog check. Woohoo! I highly recommend.
